RESEP BANDENG PRESTO SEMARANG

Ingredients : 
  • 1 pcs bandeng fish 
  • 1 pcs beaten egg
  • Banana leaf 
  • Water 
  • 400 ml cooking oil
Spices paste : 
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 3 pcs candlenut
  • 5 pcs garlic 
  • Salt 
Chili sauce :
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 150 gr red chilli
  • 10 pcs ceyenne pepper
  • 8 pcs shallot, boiled
  • 4 pcs garlic, boiled
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fried shrimp paste 
Directions :
  1. Clean the milkfish from its filth, leave the scales
  2. Place the banana leaf in the bottom of the pressure cooker
  3. Smear all parts of the milkfish with fine spices. Put the milkfish in the presto pan
  4. Pour water until the milkfish is perfectly submerged. Cover the pan, cook until the pan sizzles. 
  5. Cook continuously for the next 20-30 minutes. lift and chill. Once cool, slowly open the lid of the pan, lift and drain.  Sprinkle the eggs with eggs. Fry in hot oil until cooked. lift.
