- Juhu Singkah Kalimantan Tengah
Ingredients:
- Juhu singkah / umbut / top coconut tree, 1 kg.
- Laos and turmeric that has been geprek, 1 finger segment.
- Coriander, 1 teaspoon.
- Salt, 1 teaspoon.
- Thick coconut milk, 2 cups.
- Liquid coconut milk, 6 cups.
- Daum greetings, 3 sheets.
- Shallots, 6 cloves.
- Garlic, 2 cloves.
How to make:
- Juhu singkah which is still soft washed clean, thinly sliced according to taste, try to thickness of ½ cm, soak in clean water, remove and drain.
- Blend all seasonings (onion, garlic, turmeric, coriander, and salt).
- Prepare a pan that has been given water, heat the water until it boils, put the sliced juhu into the water, add the spice paste that has been mashed, wait until it is cooked and the spices seep evenly.
- Provide a container, then juhu is ready to serve.
