- Seruit (Lampung)
Ingredients:
- 500 gr of tuna
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree
- 150 gr mango kueni, cut into thin strips lengthwise
- 1 tomato, cut into thin strips
- 50 ml of hot water
Ground spices:
- 6 red onions
- 4 red chilies
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste, fried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How to make:
- Marinate the tuna with lime juice, salt and fine garlic, then leave for 20 minutes;
- Grilled tuna until cooked, then lift and shreded. Mix the pieces of kueni mango, tomatoes and shredded tuna and stir until blended;
- Mix the blended spices with hot water. Pour into shredded tuna, stir until blended and the whistle is ready to be served.
