6.  Mie Kocok Bandung

Ingredients :
  • 400 gr noodle
  • 50 gr bean sprout
  • 2 tbsp green leek
  • 2 tbsp fried onion
  • Lime water 
Soup :
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 pcs garlic 
  • 2.5 ml kaldu sapi
  • 650 gr cow gravel 
  • 6 cm ginger 
  • 1 pcs nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pepper powder 
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white sugar 
Directions :
  1. Soup :  Heat cooking oil in a pan, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, remove from heat, set aside.
  2. Boil the beef broth in the pan. Cook until boiling. Add the pebbles, nutmeg, pepper, salt, sugar and stir garlic. Boiled until boiling.
  3. Put the noodles in a serving bowl, add the bean sprouts, flush with hot sauce with the gravel and marrow. Sprinkle the scallions and fried onions. Add lime juice. Serve while warm with chili sauce.
