6. Mie Kocok Bandung
Ingredients :
- 400 gr noodle
- 50 gr bean sprout
- 2 tbsp green leek
- 2 tbsp fried onion
- Lime water
Soup :
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8 pcs garlic
- 2.5 ml kaldu sapi
- 650 gr cow gravel
- 6 cm ginger
- 1 pcs nutmeg
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white sugar
Directions :
- Soup : Heat cooking oil in a pan, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, remove from heat, set aside.
- Boil the beef broth in the pan. Cook until boiling. Add the pebbles, nutmeg, pepper, salt, sugar and stir garlic. Boiled until boiling.
- Put the noodles in a serving bowl, add the bean sprouts, flush with hot sauce with the gravel and marrow. Sprinkle the scallions and fried onions. Add lime juice. Serve while warm with chili sauce.
