- Gohu Ikan (Maluku) Indonesian style of raw fish/sashimi
Ingredients:
- 250 grams (8.8 ounces) skipjack tuna, cut into dices
- 125 grams (4.4 ounces) stir-fried ground peanuts, pound it coarsely
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of coconut oil
- 10 thai/bird’s eye chilies, chop coarsely
- 2 basil leaves
- shallots, chop coarsely
- 2 lemons, squeezed it into liquid
- a pinch of salt
How to make:
- In a bowl, mix lemons, coconut oil, pepper, and salt. Mix it well.
- Add chilies, shallots, and basil leaves. Mix it well.
- Put the diced tuna inside, mix it.
- Sprinkle the coarsed ground peanuts on top of the dish and serve.
